中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討學校與社區緊密結合的重要性,認為學校與社區的結合,有助於獲 取更多資源,以利學生、家庭、學校、與社區組織共享。 本文首先探究學校社區化的意義與功能。其次,針對如何成功推行學校社區化提出數點 原則,接著並闡述增進社區參與學校可採行的策略。最後,討論學校社區化的三個模式,包 括學校本位運作模式、社區本位運作模式、以及學校與社區互助模式;並提出七個具體可行 的措施,以幫助學校與社區共同運作,包括領導、策略規畫、人力資源開發、資訊分析、過 程品質、執行成果、與滿意度評估。 本文認為唯有結合家庭、學校與社區的力量,才能提昇學生的學習成就與興趣,因此學 校應與社區相互合作,並滿足社區的教育需求。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to explore the importance of community-school partnership. It is maintained that school-community liaison provides a promising direction for expanding the resources offered to children, families, schools, and community organizations. Firstly, the ideas and its effect of successful school-community partnerships are discussed. Secondly, specific principles needed for forging successful community-school partnership are identified. This is followed by the discussion of strategies for increasing the involvement of community in schools. Finally, three models about school and commuinty liaison are described: (1) school-based model; (2) community-based model; (3) school-community partnership model. An effective seven-step practice for school and community working together is introduced: (1) leadership; (2) strategic planning; (3) human resource development; (4) information and analysis; (5) process quality; (6) operational result; (7) satisfaction assessing. In conclusion, the author argues that a philosophy recognizing family/school/ community partnership offers the greatest promise for increasing children's academic achievement. Schools should be reconnected with communities and serve the greater educational needs of the communities. |
