中文摘要 | 軟體可靠度模式主要應用在軟體可靠度之評估與預測。本論文探討,當軟體失敗率依循其夫法則(Zipf's Law)時,其軟體可靠度模式之建立、參數估算與應用。當軟體失敗率呈現指數現象(power law)時,可靠度工程師傳統上利用Duane模式來預測軟體可靠度。本論文將利用現有實際資料,來比較Duane模式與所提出之模式支各項預測指標與能力。本實驗結果顯示,本論文所提出之心模式對於未來之預測能力比Duane模式還佳。 |
英文摘要 | A nonhomogeneous Poisson process software reliability model with failure rate based on the Zipf's law is studied in this paper. The rate function, mean value function and the estimation of parameters are discussed. The proposed model can be used to analyze the reliability growth. The results of applying the proposed model and Duane model to several actual failure data sets show that the model with failure rate observed from Zipf's law can fit not only in operating software but also in testing software. The result also indicates that the proposed model has better long term predictive capability than the Duane model for failure data sets with power law's failure rates. |
