中文摘要 | 本研究探討敬骨結構表面防�蚸竟ㄓ妊B理方式對火被覆材料附著力及耐火性能之的。左鋼材表面噴砂處理後選擇國內常用之三種底漆無機鋅粉、環氧鋅粉、紅丹作防�袕B理及不噴塗底漆之條件,以期瞭解有無防�袕B理間的差異。試驗結果發現,以紅丹漆底漆之試體,與防火被覆材料間附著力較低,相對地折減了其耐火時效;噴砂而不噴漆之試體,因曝曬生�袙t故形成之較粗糙表面,反而增加了被覆材料與鋼材間之附著力,可以確保被覆材料表現之耐火時效。 |
英文摘要 | This research discusses the impacts of anti-corrosive methods for the surface of steel structure on the adhesion and fire-resistance capability of coating materials. After the sand-blasting process on the surface of steels, three anti-corrosive paints, inorganic znic richprimer, oxygen znic richprimer and red lead, were chosen to be the conditions of anti-corrosive process and unpaint in order to investigate the difference between use of anti-corrosive process or not. The results show that the specimen using red lead has less adhesion with coating materials and will reduce the fire-resistance capability. But the specimen with blasting sand and no paint, on the other hand, will give higher adhesion between coating material and steel because of the rougher specimen surface caused by corrosion and as a result will guarantee the fire resistive rating of coating materials. |
