中文摘要 | 界面活性劑之使用於汽油中,主要目的在於保持汽車引擎進氣閥的清潔,以增進汽油使用的效能,並降低排氣污氣。此類界面活性劑通常為油溶性高分子型胺類。商業化的產品包括Polyisobutylene amine, Mannich amine及Polyetheramine等。其基本作用有清潔劑及分散劑之綜合效果:分散金屬表面之固體顆粒使之懸浮在汽油中, 以避免沈積,並清潔金屬表面以減少積污。本文描述汽油添加劑使用的原理、合成方法及未來的研究趨勢。且介紹近年來發表有釋添加劑改進汽車引擎之抗震性(Antiknocking)及排氣污染(Emission Reduction)的專利論文。 |
英文摘要 | The addition of surfactants to gasoline can reduce Intake Valve Deposit (IVD), consequently improve automobile performance and reduce exhaust emission. Generally, the surfactants are oil-soluble, high molecular weight of amines such as polyisobutylene amines, Mannich amines and polyetheramines. The additives behave as detergents for cleaning up IVD and also as dispersants to keep IVD deposit precursors from depositing or adhering onto metal surface. This review article covers working principles, syntheses, and the future research trend, particularly emphasing on the recent new developments on using additives for reducing engine knocking, combustion chamber deposit and emission reduction. |
