中文摘要 | 目前滲碳氮化熱處理科技中,不外乎是液體、氣體之滲碳氮化方式。然 而由於環保意識高漲情勢下,液體滲碳氮化使用氰化鹽的作業方式,勢必為業界 所淘汰;而氣體滲碳氮化方法對微小工作物的滲碳氮化處理效果則有其控制上的 困難。 本實驗以中性鹽浴中加入碳酸鹽作為滲碳劑、硝酸鹽作為滲氮劑,同時添加尿素 作為安定劑。在滲碳氮化溫度(750℃-850℃),通以直流電源,將試片置於陰極作 滲碳氮化處理,由實驗結果發現,這種處理方法因處理條件控制容易操作簡單且 不具毒性,極適合於精密小工作物之處理,碳、氮原子均能有效滲入,且其滲碳 氮化速率幾乎為所有滲碳氮化法之冠。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to study an electrolytic carbonitriding process by using the carbonate, nitrate and ammonium salt to substitute the conventional liquid carbonitriding which is gradually extinguished because of its inherently poisonous problem of salt. The experiment was performed in the carbonitriding temperature range of 750℃-850 ℃,with the steel specimens being the cathode energized with the current density between 0.1-0.3A/cm��. The results showed that the optimum condition took place at 850℃ with current density of 0.3 A/cm��, at which the carbonitriding rate is superior to any conventional processes. The nonpoisonous nature and the ease of heat treating operation make it very suitable and havinggreat potential for carbonitriding the tiny and precise work pieces. |
