中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是在探討足球選手有氧動力及無氧動力間的相關。藉以了解足球選手全面性表現較具有相關的項目,以作為訓練的參考。本研究以70名來自四支足球隊之男性優秀足球選手為研究對象,其平均年齡、身高、體重分別為20.3±3.2歲,174.2±5.4公分及66.4±6.6公斤。70位受試者分別接受包括有氧能力及無氧能力各五個測試項目,總計10個項目的測試,內容為有氧能力:最大氧攝最量,無氧閾值(ml.kg�笐�.min�笐�,%VO�痂ax及跑速)12分鐘跑;無氧能力:垂直跳,20公尺跑步,10公尺×4折返跑,以坡度20%,速度12.8km/hr在原地跑步機上作全力跑步及全力跑後血中最大乳酸值等。測試所得資料,經以Pearson積差相關統計法分析結果以下結論: 一、有氧動力各測試項目,包括最大氧攝取量,無氧閾值(ml.kg�笐�.min�笐�,%VO�痂ax,及跑速),及12分鐘跑步之間有顯著的相關。顯示最大氧攝取量較高者其無氧閾值亦較高,12分鐘跑步成績較好。 二、無氧動力測試項目,垂直跳,20公尺跑步及10公尺×1折返跑均是屬於磷酸肌素無氧能量系統,三項測驗值之間均有顯著的相關。但三者測驗值與在跑步機上以坡度20%,速度12.8km/hr作全力跑步的能力之間無顯著的相關。 三、本研究中五項有氧動力測試,包括最大氧攝取量,無氧閾值(ml.kg�笐聱in�笐薄A% VO�痂ax及跑速)及12公鐘跑步等與無氧動力測試中,以坡度20%、速度12.8 km/hr合力跑步時間之間,均達顯著的相關(p<.01),顯示有氧動力較高,其全力跑步時間較持久。 四、以較高強度持續跑步的持久能力,是使足球選手脫穎而出的能力指標。因此,足球選手應努力提升自身的有氧動力,培養以較高強度持續跑步的持久力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of aerobic vs anaerobic capacity on soccer players thereby to understand the determinant that influencd socccer performance. 70male subjects wer used in this study, and their age, weight and body mass were 20.3±3.2 years. 174.12±5.4公分及66.4 ± 6.6kg respectively. subjects also accepted tests include maximal oxygen uptake, ventilatory threshold (ml.kg�笐�% VO�痂ax, running speed on VT), 12 min run-walk test, vertical jump, 20m dash, 10m ×4 agility run, maximal running on a motor drived treadmill under a preset 20% grade and 12.8 km/hr running speed, and blood accumulation after maximal running were also observed. All tested data were possessed using Pearson's Products movent coefficient, and the results were as follows: 1.The correlation among test items on aerobic capacity include maximal oxygen uptake ventilatory threshold (ml.kg�笐�.min�笐�, and running speed), 12 min run-walk test, were significant, indicate that subjects obtained higher maximal oxygen uptake were also higher in ventilatoy threshold, and able to perform better on 12 min run-walk test. 2.Energy expenditure of vertical jump, 20m dash and 10m × 4 agility run test are contributed via ATP-CP system. A significant correlaton were found among 3tests, but correlations between maximal running and these 3 tests exist no singnificant. 3.The fact that significant correlations are found between aerobic capacity test items and maxinal running ability, indicated that subjects obtain higher aerobic capacity are able to perform longer under maximal running test. 4.Toderance of running under higher speed is a critical ability of a soccer players, consequently, to become an elite soccball player, one must try hard to elevate ones aerobic capacity. |
