中文摘要 | 本研究以問卷調查的方式,採系統抽樣的方法,以自編之「輔導印象問卷」為研究工具,對彰化師大大學日間部學生進行調查。目的在了解彰化師大學生對輔導的印象;探討不同個人變項及使用經驗之彰化師大學生對輔導印象是否有差異;分析彰化師大學生對輔導的印象與其使用輔導中心之經驗的關聯及其預測力。由239位學生的回收問卷資料加以分析,獲得下列發現: 1.彰化師大學生在「對輔導功能的認識」及「對輔導人員的認知」分別有中度及中高度的正向看法,在「受輔恥感」的得分偏中性。 2.各年級的學生在「輔導印象問卷」三個分量表上的得分均無顯著差異。 3.在性別差異方面,男女學生只在「受輔恥感」有差異,男生受輔恥感高於女生。 4.曾使用輔導中心資源的學生較少「受輔恥感」;而在「對輔導功能的認識」及「對輔導人員的認知」兩個向度上較未曾使用者正向。 5.不同學院別的比較方面,本研究發現彰化師大學生中,職教學院的學生對「輔導功能」的評價顯著的高於理學院的學生;在「受輔恥感」上,理學院學生的「受輔恥感」顯著的大於教育學院的學生。 6.「對輔導功能的認識」與「對輔導人員的認知」有顯著的中度正相關;學生是否使用中心資源與其「對輔導功能的認識」及「對輔導人員的認知」兩方面均有明顯的正相關,而與「受輔恥感」有顯著的負相關;能有效預測學生是否使用中心資源的輔導印象因素為「受輔恥感」及「對輔導人員的認知」。 由研究之發現及進行研究時的限制,本研究對未來之研究及實務工作提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to explore how the students of National Changhua University of Education (NCUE) perceived the function of guidance, the role of the school counselor, and the stigma of seeking counseling services. Further it analyzed how different variables affected those perceptions and whether they came to the counseling center related to their perceptions. Finally it wanted to know which factors could effectively predict their coming using counseling services. Systematic sampling was adopted to recruit 239 students as subjects. Each of them finished one questionnaire. Based on the data, the findings were as follows: 1.The students of NCUE perceive the function of guidance to be moderate, the role of counselor moderately high, and their stigma of seeking counseling services tend to be moderate. 2. There are no differences among different grades in perceiving the function of guidance, the role of counselor, and the stigma of seeking counseling services. 3. There are no differences between male and female students in perceiving the function of guidance and the role of counselor; however, male students tend to have more stigma of seeking counseling services. 4. Students who had used guidance services tend to have less stigma of seeking counseling services and give more positive feedback toward the function of guidance and counselor. 5. Comparing to the students of Natural Science College, students of Technological Science College tend to give more positive feedback toward the function of guidance. And students of Humanistic Science College have less stigma of seeking counseling services then the students of Technological Science college do. 6. The knowledge toward counselor and the stigma of seeking counseling service can effectively predict the possibility of using counseling services. |
