中文摘要 | 明潭抽蓄計劃原係配合核四而建。核四計劃一再延遲,但明潭抽蓄六部 機組已於82~83年陸續併聯發電。木文主要從系統調度者的觀點,探討明潭電廠 對系統調度運用之影響,並尋求最適當的調度及卸載策略,以增進供電的可靠性 及降低綜合發電成本。 在瞭解了台電系統調度之實務需求後,本文發展一利用動態規劃最佳技術為主之 水火力機組調度架構。文中除對機組調度問題有詳細說明外,並利用截峰法配合 增量成本格子,使水力機組初始發電量趨近水力機組最佳調度結果,因而減少水 火協調疊代次數。另外在水、火力協調流程中方考慮限電狀態利用虛擬機組,估 算各時段之限電量時,以得水力機組安全性高於經濟性的運轉模式。 |
英文摘要 | The Ming Tan Pumped storage project was planned tocooperate with the fourth nuclear power project. However, the fourth nuclear power project is still delayed when the MingTan pumping storage power station with six units startedcommercial operation during 1993 and 1994. This paper aims toinvestigate the impacts of Ming Tan station on systemoperations from the viewpoint of system dispatcher, someproper operational rules and load shedding strategies are alsodefined to improve system reliability and to reduce productioncost. Afer referred to the practical requirements of systemoperation, a framework of hydro-thermal coordinationscheduling with dynamic-programming-based technique isdeveloped. In this paper, details of unit commitment problemsand proposed algorithms are described. Then, peak shavingmethod combining with incremental cost grid is used tocalculate the initial hydro generation that is closed to the finaloptimal result in order to reduce the iterations in hydro - thermal coordination evaluations. Another significant feature ofthe proposed algorithm is to consider the state of insufficientpower. After adding a pseudo unit in simulation, the amount ofinsufficient power in different time stages can be evaluated anda security operation mode rather than an economic mode isimplemented. |
