| 中文摘要 | 政府、業主及下游居民,對洪水溢頂肇事風險之可接受度,是為設計洪 水量選定之主控因素。有些水庫工程,其潰壩將造成嚴重後果,採最大可能洪水 (PMF)為水壩設計洪水成為唯一選擇。然而,對於潰壩並未大幅增加下游災害者, 採用較低設計洪水量是個可以考慮的方向,花費在排洪設施及其消能工之建設及 維護經費可因此而適當減少。本文中說明目前我國「水壩設計洪水」之決定方式, 並對所遭遇及面臨之有關問題詳加討論再提出結論建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | Design of (flood.) dam is governed by the risk acceptable togovernment authorities, reservior owner and residents inpossible inundation area Although PMF is a most popular design requirement for the dam design of severe cases, yet it ispractical and fund saving by lowering the criteria for darndesign for the less severe consequense cases. In this review, the curent practice in the selection of IDFfor the dam design in Taiwan and relevant problems encountered are discussed in details, and finally some worthwhileproposals are presented. |
