英文摘要 | Field experiments were conducted at Lu-Ko area of Nanton Hsein Taiwan, with tea (Camellia sinensis L.) O. Kuntze cv. Ching-Shing Oolong as a testing variety. Six years old tea plants were intercropped with Sesbania roxburghii Merr., crotalaria juncea L. and glycine max (L.) Merr. as green manure crops when spring tea was over in 1993. The objectives of this research were to study the effect of intercropping above green manure crops in tea field on microclimate and quality of summer tea. Tea plants intercropped with green manure crops, apparently modified the microclimate in tea garden. The photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), leaf temperatures and soil temperature were significantly decreased. Tea quality evaluation demonstrated that the summer tea quality including appearance, color, as well as aroma and taste were remarkabley improved. |
