中文摘要 | 為了解飲食蛋白質對酒精嗜好性的影響,以雄性SD(Sprague Dawley)大白鼠為實驗動物,分別餵以含15酪蛋白或5酪蛋白的餌料外,並進行水或5酒精的選擇實驗。本實驗共進行8星期,實驗期間除採自由攝食、自由選擇水或酒精飲料外,並每天記錄水及酒精的攝取量。實驗結果發現15蛋白組除了有較高的體重、血漿三酸甘油酯、及總蛋白量外(P<0.05),餵食含15蛋白質餌料的大白鼠有較高的肝臟酒精脫氫�t(ADH)及乙醛脫氫�t(ALDH)活性(p<0.05)。然而如果比較兩組的酒精累計相對攝取量,攝食5蛋白質餌料的大白鼠對酒精有較高的嗜好性。此外,5蛋白組的血漿的麩胺酸草酯酸轉安�t(GOT)活性也較高,綜合上述實驗結果,推測營養條件的不同可能會影響酒精嗜好性的表現。 |
英文摘要 | To clarify the relationship between alcohol taste preference and nutritionalstatus, the effect of dietary protein level on the preference for alcohol solutionwas studied in male SD (Sprague Dawley) rats for 8 weeks. Casein was used asprotein source, and the animals were divided into two groups, 5 protein groupand 15 protein group. Deionized water and alcohol solution containing 5ethanol (v/v) were prepared in water suppling graduated tubes and the animalswere allowed free choice of these solution. Body weight, plasma triglyceride andplasma total protein levels were higher observed in rats fed 15 protein dietthan those fed 5 protein diet. In addition, significantly increased liver ADH (alcohol dehydrogenase) and ALDH (acetaldehyde dehydrogenase) activities werefound in the 15 dietary protein group. However, rats fed 5 protein diet hadhigh cumulative alcohol solution intake and low cumulative water intake. In addition, significantly increased plasma GOT (glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase)activity was observed in rats fed 5 protein diet. Results from the presentstudy suggest that dietary protein may play an important role in alcohol preference in rats. |
