中文摘要 | 本文係針對面銑削切削參數之選擇及刀具壽命做一系列之比較研究。在高能率銑 削與同時兼顧刀具延長使用壽命的要求下,對於不同材質刀具的銑削特性實有加以研究認識 的必要。由於面銑削為迴轉外加直線進給的運動,銑切過程中,通常為間斷式的撞擊,因而 須要具備較韌等級的刀具。本研究藉由實際的銑切中,加以區間觀察直至刀具達功能失敗為 止,旨在建立刀具的壽命曲線以為教學與業者參考,進而對產能之提升有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | To gain the boosts in production and tool life milling, this paper conducted a series of experiments under various cutting conditions to study the effects of tool wear as well as other cutting parameters on the cutting tools. Walking the tightrope between High-Efficiency Milling and increasing tool life requires an understanding of the characteristics of different cutting tools. The face milling is the motion combined rotation and linear feeding. Besides, during the process of milling, it often involves interrupted cutting. Therefore, face milling requires a tougher cutter grade. The subject in the study is to provide user with some tool life line established by practical tests. During each test, the cutter wear-land is measured at intervals over time-in-cut until the wear level reaches the edge of failure. Using these data, it's possible to make the best use of face milling cutter in productivity. |
