中文摘要 | 本論文主要以對數常態分布模式來描述陶瓷車刀在各種不同切削速率累積作用下之刀具可靠度變化。在切削過程中,刀腹磨耗量會隨著切削時間之增加而增加,切削速率愈大時,刀腹磨耗速率會愈快,刀具壽命會愈短。從可靠度的觀點來看,刀腹磨耗量增加,意謂著刀具之可靠度降低。經由實驗結果發現,當切削速率增大時,可靠度曲線之退化會愈快,也就是說刀具之可靠壽命會愈短;以不同切削速率累積切削時之刀腹磨耗可靠度變化與使用固定速度切削時之刀腹磨耗可靠度變化具有很大的正相關性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is used to describe the reliability variation of the ceramic cutting tool under the cumulative action of different cutting speed. In this paper, the lognormal distribution model was used to analysis the reliability of cutting tool. Through the cutting process, the values of the flank wear will be increased with the cutting time. The quicker the cutting speed, the faster the rate of flank wear, and the shorter of the tool life. From the pointed of reliability, it is indicated that the reliability of the cutting tool will be degraded with the increase of the flanker wear. According to the experimental results, it can be found that the quicker the cutting speed, the stepper the reliability curve of the cutting tool, and shorter the tool life. We also found that the reliability of the cutting under the cumulative action of different cutting speed has the positive relation with the constant cutting speed. |
