| 中文摘要 | 為明瞭抗生素經肌肉或靜脈注射、子宮灌入或口服後殘留在乳中的情況,採用鏈黴素(Streptomycin)、氯黴素(Chloramphenicol)、氯四環素(Oxytetracycline)、康黴素(Kanamycin)、安比黴素(Ampycillin)、青黴素(Penicillin)、配尼徽素(Penimycin)、沙滅淨(Sulmezin)及歐羅肥(AURO S-P)等抗生素經上述方式投與後,每回搾乳均採乳汁分析乳中抗生素量。試驗結果:鏈黴素與安比黴素行肌肉注射的結果相近,當連續注射時其於乳中殘留的時間都較單次注射時於乳中殘留的時間為長;而由肌肉注射氯黴素時,於乳中無殘留;以康徽素肌肉注射時有67%之牛隻於乳中無殘留;由肌肉注射氯四環素、安比黴素、青黴素及配尼黴素等都會殘留於乳中,且以油性青黴素殘留的時間最長可達96小時。由子宮灌入水性青黴素或配尼黴素時都不會殘留於乳中,然而灌入油性青黴素時於乳中殘留的時間達36小時;而以單劑氯黴素灌子宮時有33%牛隻會殘留,時間為24小時,若連續注射則殘留的時間延長為36小時。利用氯黴素、青黴素及沙滅淨同時注射肌肉或靜脈注射時於乳中都有殘留。至於口服歐羅肥,因使用劑量不高,故乳中無殘留。抗生素殘留於乳中時間的長短會因抗生素的種類、使用劑量、投與方式與牛個體而異,與試驗當日牛的泌乳量、泌乳日數無關。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of these experiments was to determine the duration of antibiotic residues in milk after intramuscular and intrauterus injections or oral administrations to milking cows by using Streptomycin, Chloramphenicol, Oxytetracycline, Kanamycin, Ampycillin, Penicillin, Penimycin and AURO S-P. Milks were sampled at every milking after antibiotic treatments for the test of residual antibiotics. The results showed that the duration of residues in milk was longer after continuous intramuscular injections (84 hrs) that the single injections (12-24 hrs) with Streptomycin and Ampycillin, respectively. The test for Chloramphenicol was negative after intramuscular injections. However, the test for Kanamycin was only 67% negative after intramuscular injections. The tests were positive after intramuscular injections with Oxy-tetracycline, Ampyciliin, Penicillin and Penimycin, respectively. And the duration of residues (96 hrs) of oil-based Penicillin persisted in milk was longest following treatment. There was no residues in milk after intrauterus injection with water-based Penicillin and Penimycin. However, the duration of residues would persist for 36 hrs after intrauterus injections with oil-based Penicillin. The duration of residues was 24 hrs when single dosage of Chloramphenicol was administered in intratuterus injection, however, it would last for 36 hrs after continuous injection. The tests were negative after intramuscular or intravenous injection with chloramphenicol, Penicillin and Sulmezin at the same time. There were no residues in milk after oral administration with AURO S-P 250. The duration of residues in milk was influenced by the kind of antibiotics, dosage of antibiotics, the way of administration and individual cows. However, milk yield of sampling day and period of lactation had no influence on the duration of residues in milk. |
