中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的係依據熱重量分析儀(TGA)之特性,綜合歸納出一種簡易評估方法藉以測定木質纖維素材料及高分子聚合物之可燃性危險級。其中之引燃指數係由熱重量分析圖中之臨界加熱速率與臨界分解溫度等兩項參數經適當公式計算轉換而得。各試樣之引燃指數再與一般標準可燃性試驗(如氧氣指數、ASTM D-2863)所得之易燃程度與否相比較,發現相互間頗具關聯性,值得進一步研究。本法因操作簡單、所需試樣僅數毫克、且TGA構造精密準確度高,故極適宜於實驗室內從事有關木質纖維素材料及高分子聚合物之小型燃燒初期試驗及探討其引燃難易之危險程度。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate a simple method of raking the flammability hazard of lignocellulosic materials and synthetic polymers using a Dupont 951 thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The values of ignition index, I, are obtained from TGA thermograph and determined by the critical heating rate (□T/□t) c and critical decomposition temperature, T_dc. The index of I of flammability hazard ranking can be evaluated by both T_dc and (□T/□t) c of the properties of each material. The results are compared to those obtained using some general tests, such as Fenimore-Martin Limiting Oxygen Index, ASTM D-2863, and prove this is to be suitable for small scale flammability evaluation of combustible material in the laboratory. |
