中文摘要 | 間苯二酚樹脂膠合劑(RF膠)為集成材製造之主要用膠,然其有膠化時間過長、價格昂貴之缺點。本研究乃探討相思樹、台灣泡桐、木油桐、山黃麻、杉木、台灣杉樹皮及稻殼、蔗渣等之抽出成分與RF樹脂之混合膠合劑應用於木材膠合之可行性。由試驗結果得知,pH值為影響RF樹脂膠化速度之重要因子,固體含量之降低亦會延長其膠化時間,然影響有限。其固形分含量在40%以上時,膠合效果良好,在30%以下時,則其膠合強度及木破率隨固體含量減少而降低。抽出物與RF樹脂混合時會降低抽出物之粘度,其混合膠液之固形分含量雖較RF樹脂降低,然其膠化時間則大幅縮短。將鹼抽出物之pH值調整至中性可改善其混合膠合劑可使用時間過短之缺點。在RF樹脂-抽出物之固體成分混合比為100/100時,其常態膠合強度大多在100kgf/cm^2以上,其常態試驗、耐60℃水試驗及耐沸水試驗之木破率均遠大於相同固形分含量之RF樹脂。且其硬化劑添加量可降低至6%或4%。 |
英文摘要 | Resorcinol formaldehyde adhesives were the most important glues used in the manufacturing of laminated woods, but they had the defect of too long curing-time and too expensive price. This study we blended RF and various extractives, such as barks of Taiwan acacia, Taiwan paulownia, Wood oil tree, India charcoal trema, China fir, Taiwania, and rice hull and bagasse, together as adhesives, and investigated their probability in wood gluing. The results were summarized as follows: The pH value had a great effect upon the gelation rate of RF resin. Decrement of the solid content of RF resins would prolong their gelation time, but not too much. When they had solid content larger than 40%, they could bond well, but below 30%, their bonding strength and wood failure would decrease as their solid content decrement. When extractives were blended with RF, their viscosity would decrease. Although the solid content of blended adhesives were lower than RF resin, their gelation time would be shortened significantly. The problem of too short pot-life of blended adhesives would be improved by the condition of the pH of alkali extractives. When the blending ratio of RF and extractives by solid component were 100/100, their dry bonding strength would be larger than 100kgf/cm^2, and their wood failure of dry, soaked in 60℃ and soaked in boiling water specimens measured would be larger than RF that had the same solid content. When blended adhesives were used, the amount of hardener they needed could be decreased to 6%-4%. |
