中文摘要 | 本研究以浙江產髯毛箬竹、少穗竹、苦竹與泡竹為材料,以光學(LM)及掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(SEM)予以拍照、研究與分析並建立構造表,相互比較對照此構造之差異性。研究結果表皮細胞僅一列,壁層構造上以苦竹之7~9層為最多;副表皮細胞發生於髯毛箬竹與苦竹約1~2列,多層次壁層構造,並以髯毛箬竹之13~15層為最多;皮層細胞因竹種不同具1~4列,厚達30μm,細胞壁3~5層;維管束以少穗竹與苦竹較大,單位面積個數較少,篩細胞在髯毛箬竹可達20個,導管穿孔板單一或階段狀;纖維細胞以髯毛箬竹最長,平均1.690mm,早成木質部外側之纖維細胞列數稍大於其他部位;少穗竹與泡竹薄壁細胞其原生質殘留物且後者於表層處亦具含鈣結晶體;髓腔內側薄壁細胞以泡竹1~2列,少穗竹6~7列差異性最大。 |
英文摘要 | The middle internode of each bamboo culm was cut from Indocalamus barbatus (IE), Oligostachyum sulcatum (OS), Pleioblastus amarus (Pa) and Pseudostachyum polymorphum (Pp) which were collected from the Zhejiang Province, Mainland China. The investigation of anatomical structure of those four bamboo species were used sectional method through light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The structural investigations of those bamboo species were concentrated on anatomical characteristics of different part of culm wall. The detail data of structures were summarized as follows: Epidermis was only single row, the most multilayers of cell layers were 7-9 for Pa. Subepidermis was occured in species of IB and Pa with 1 to 2 layers, and the cell wall also in significant 13 to 15 multi1ayers for lB. Cortex has 1 to 4 layers according to different bamboo species, the most thick of this tissue was 30μm for as, and the cell wall has 3 to 5 multilayers. The sizes of vascular bundle in as and Pa are larger than the other two bamboo species, sieve cell can be reach to. 20 for IE, and the fiber layers beside the protoxylem was more than the other sides of vascular bundle. The cell inclusion was occured in the parenchyma of OS and Pp, few calsium crystal also occured in the epidermal layer of Pp. The layers of pith peripheral parenchyma were different in 1 to 2 for Pp and 6 to 7 for as significantly. |
