中文摘要 | 蘭嶼水藤屬棕櫚科、藤亞科、水藤屬是臺灣省產三種藤材(臺灣黃藤、臺灣水藤 、蘭嶼水藤)的一種。 本研究是利用日立牌( Hitachi ) S 2300 型掃描電子顯微鏡觀察蘭嶼水藤的微細構造, 得結果如下: 蘭嶼水藤具散生中心柱。僅有一層表皮細胞,其臘質層厚而明顯,角質層雖薄亦明顯,兩者 中有葡萄串狀簇晶體。皮層較臺灣黃藤及臺灣水藤厚,但細胞層數較臺灣水藤少,與臺灣黃 藤相差不大。纖維鞘屬間斷型,乃蘭嶼水藤的比重、強度、硬度較小原因之一。維管束散生 ,近藤皮者體積小,構造不完整,向藤心者體積逐漸加大,構造亦趨完整,除無早成韌皮部 外,如晚成韌皮部、早成木質部,及晚成木質部均有。晚成韌皮部的纖維冠為馬蹄形,其纖 維的次生壁有三層,各層厚度差異很大,以中層最厚,外層甚薄,內層更薄,此點與臺灣水 藤相似,纖維側壁之表面有崁生的玫瑰花狀簇晶體。早成木質部導管的初生壁很薄,其上有 環狀加厚、螺紋加厚、梯形加厚、網狀加厚、及網狀螺紋加厚。基本組織中,細胞間隙不但 多,而且分佈密,亦為蘭嶼水藤的比重、強度、硬度較小原因之一。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the microstructure of Lanyu rattan palm was observed with Hitachis 2300 and the following conclusion can be drawn. 1. The stem bas an atactostele. 2. The epidermis consist of a single layer of cells, with a thicker conspicuous wax layer and a thinner conspicuous cuticular layer. Some grape-like druses are occasionally present in wax or cuticular layer. 3. Its cortex is broader than the cortex of Calamus orientalis Chang and Calamus formosanus Becc. 4. The fiberous sheath belongs interruptional type, which is one of the factors to decrease the specific gravity, strength, and hardness. 5. The secondary wall of fiber of fiberous cap consists of three layers which are prominent different in the thickness, the central layer is very thick, the outer layer is very thin, but the inner layer appears to be thinner than the outer layer. Some rose-like druses are occasionally present in the concave on the surfface of fiber. 6. More intercellular spaces are present in the ground tissue which are one of the factors to decrease the specific gravity, strength, and hardness. |
