中文摘要 | 擺輾鍛造(Orbital Forging)屬於逐步成形之一種製程,具有低負荷、低噪音、 高製造彈性等優點,在工業先進國家甚獲重視。但由於擺輾鍛造之成形機構與成形原理均不 同於傳統的鍛造方式, 故必須考慮到不同的製程參數及影響,本文是以擺輾鍛粗成形為例, 利用有限元素套裝軟體 DEFORM-3D 進電腦模擬分析,研究各參數對於製程的影響。 由模擬 結果可以發現,模具進給速度、上模擺動角、胚料幾何外型與模具轉速等為擺鍛造中重要的 製程參數,會對於成形負荷、鍛件外型、鍛件缺陷與模具受力等方面造成不同的影響。經由 本文中對於擺輾鍛造製程參數的分析,製程設計者可依據各參數所造成的影響做最佳的選擇 。 |
英文摘要 | Orbital forging is a relatively new process for the plastic forming of mental. It has many advantages over the conventional forging processes, especially the lower forming load. However different process parameters must be considered in orbital forging due to the special die kinematics. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of these process parameters by using the finite element code DEFORM-3D to simulate the orbital upsetting process. Through the systematic simulation studies, the critical process parameters such as the feeding rate of the die, the rocking angle and rotation frequency of the upper die and the billet geometry were identified. The effects of these process parameters on the forging load, the geometry defects and profile of forged billet and also the stress of die were studied in this thesis. Finally, some useful guidelines for selecting the process parameters of orbital forging based on the analysis results of process parameters were obtained. |
