| 中文摘要 | 本研究為開發一套多功能的高分子材料燃燒性測試儀器,以及建立其電 腦軟體系統,採用現今較熱門的圓錐量熱儀(Cone Calorimeter)為主體,發展其相 關周邊設備,並將相關性燃燒性參數之類比訊號,透過電子前置處理迴路與類比 /數位轉換界面,放大後轉換為數位訊號,再與電腦連結,規劃程式運算並輸出 螢幕監測,應用功能強大之個人電腦來輔助測試及資料運用。組裝完成之儀器系 統,選取聚乙烯(Polyethylene)與添加氫氧化鎂(Mg(OH)��)之聚乙烯材料做測試, 經實驗測試結果,本系統之再現性良好並且可快速又正確地將全程的動態燃燒過 程實時間顯示在電腦螢幕中,且可以一次測得質量損失(Mass Loss)、熱釋放率 (Heat Release Rate)、毒氣濃度(Toxic Gases Evolution)、耗氧率與有效燃燒熱等相關 燃燒參數、並將結果存檔。而添加氫氧化鎂的聚乙烯在各項燃燒參數中均不利於 燃燒,顯示其為一有效之防火添加劑。也再次證明此系統在輔佐耐燃材料開發與 評估極具價值。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this study, a versatile and powerful apparatus of assessing buring potential of polymermaterials, is badly necessary to fire harzard in an enhanced concern for our mounting yearlyfire losses of both life and proerty. The cone calorimeter has showed itself to be an extremelyuseful instrument capable of estimating essential fire properties. It is the purpose of this study of develop adaptable tool for analyzing and evaluating the flammability of polymermaterials, efficiently. In this work, we connecting computer with measurement tested from present stage through operational amplifier and analog-to-digital converter, the kinetic curves of flammability parameters for polymer material, such as mass loss rate, heat release rate(HRR), effective heat of combustion, and carbon monmxide concentration, will be showed onmonitor quickly and the resultant datas will be filled accurately. It was proved that the apparatus we assamblied is a versatile and good repeatability instrument by primary testing forpolyethylene, which adds magnesium hydroxide. |
