中文摘要 | 利用水分張力計式自動灌水系統控制番石榴果園土壤水分為20-40 centibar (cb)及40-60 centibar (cb)兩處理區,並以不灌水區為對照組(>80 cb),探討不同土壤水分對番石榴果實產量及品質之影響。結果顯示,土壤水分以控制在20-40 cb之番石榴單株結果數(25個/月)及產量(12.8公斤/月)顯著最高,平均單果重亦最高(510.3公克),而以不灌溉之對照區之單株結果數、產量及單果重最低,果重僅為384.5公克,而土壤水分40-60 cb區,則介於兩者之間。果實可溶性固形物(糖度)、硬度、維生素C含量、果汁pH值亦以20-40 cb處理區最高,對照區最低,40-60 cb處理區仍介於兩者之間。此外,核/果比及酸度,則以對照區最高,而以20-40 cb處理區最低。此結果顯示,在番石榴栽培上,灌溉可提高果實產量及品質,但為獲致豐產質優之果園,土壤水分域應在20-40 cb之間。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of the soil moisture on fruit yield and quality of guava was investigated. Guava were cultivated in three different soil moisture regimes, 20-40 centibar(cb), 40-60 centibar(cb) and a control without irrigation above 80cb, were monitored by a tensiometer-based automatic irrigation system in the guava orchard. Fruit yield was highest at 20-40 cb, with 25 fruits/month/plant, which s equivalent to 12.8 kg/month/plant. The average fruit weight is 510.3g. In the control without irrigation, the yield was 18 fruits/month/plant, or 6.9kg/month/plant. The average fruit weight is 384.5 g. The yield at 40-60 cb was in between the two treatments. The soluble soild content (⁰brix), firmness, vitamin C content and pH of juice were all highest in the treatment of 20-40 cb. The lowest fruit quality was observed in the control. While the core/flesh ratio and acidity was highest in the control. The results of this study suggest that proper irrigation may enhance fruit yield and quality. It is recommended that the soil moisture content of guava orchard should be maintained at 20-40 cb, in order to attain a good yield and quality. |
