中文摘要 | 本研究透過文獻探討角色社會化理論,以角色認同及角色踐行作為社會化的指標, 整理出角色社會化的模式。並且由幼惟園教師在其教學角色之自評來評量其角色認同及踐行 的程度,用統計方法驗證模式。本研究所提出的社會化模式如下: 社會系統對角色有期望,個人經歷常習對角色期望有認同,而在其工作組織中展開角色 踐行,在角色踐行之互動中逐漸適應,減少矛盾及衝突,促進了角色之和諧,並建立個人的 角色認同體系,調和一致的表現其角色行為,但是工作之情境因素仍會影響真實角色之踐行, 而角色踐行的經驗使個人在行為中再省思他認為珍貴之部份促進理想角色認同體系的再統整 及轉移,甚至理想的角色認同體系也會影響社會系統的角色期望。 |
英文摘要 | By means of literature document reviewing, this study intends to set up the model of role socilalization with which role-identification and role-performance are indicators. The subjects are kindregaten teachers. They evaluate their level of role-identification and role-performance in teaching roles. They model is examined by stastical analysis. The model in this study is as following: The role-expectation is decided by social system. The individual identifies the role by training and learning. When he executes the roles in his working organization, he has to adapt himself to the working role and keep the mutualities with others. Contradiction and conflict are decreased by mutualities and adaptation. He achieves the role consensus, and establishes his own role-identity. He performs the roles harmoniously. The role-performace which the idividual prizes can be integrated in his role-identity, or make the role-identity changes. |
