英文摘要 | This paper describes the application of the finite element method to the structural analysis of aluminum wheels for simulating the wheel impact test. Both of the ISO 13 degree Impact test and SAE 30 degree Impact test are dealt with in the present study. Finite element analysis is utilized to determine the strength and stiffness of the wheel component subject to impact loadings. Meanwhile, the total plastic work approach is used to evaluate the impact performance of the wheel. |
