中文摘要 | 本研究利用水蒸氣蒸餾-溶劑萃取法及上部空隙吹除捕捉法萃取龍眼花之揮發性成分,再經氣相層析儀及氣相層析質譜儀進行定性及定量,共鑑定到59種發揮性成分。Trans-β-ocimene、linalool、trans-linalool oxide、ethyl phthalate及butyl phthalate為龍眼花以上空隙吹除捕捉法萃所取之主要香氣成分。Linalool、nonanal、cis-linalool oxide、trans-linalooloxide、3,7-dimethyl-1,5,6-octatrien-3-ol、trans-caryophyllene、epoxylinalool、torreyol、α-terpineol、methyl anthranilate及veridiflorol等,為龍眼花以水蒸氣蒸餾-溶劑萃取法所萃取之主要香氣成分。水蒸氣蒸餾-溶劑抽出法及上部空隙吹除捕捉法所得之揮發成分的濃度分別為49.44ppm及3.04ppm。 |
英文摘要 | Both Likens-Nickerson (L-N) steam distillation-solvent extraction and head space purge and trap methods were used to isolate the volatile compounds in longan blossoms. They were then identified qualitatively and quantitatively by GC and GC-MS, and a total of 59 volatile compounds were identified. The major volatile compound in longan blossoms isolated by the method of head space purge and trap were trans-β-ocimene, linalool, trans-linalool oxide, ethyl phthalate and butyl phthalate. The major volatile compounds found in longan blossoms isolated by the Likens-Nickerson steam distillation-solvent extraction method were linalool, nonanal, cis-linalool oxide, trans-linalool oxide, 3,7-dimethyl-1, 5, 7-octatrien-3-ol, trans-caryophyllene, epoxylinalool, torreyol, α-terpineol, methyl anthranilate and veridiflorol. The concentrations of volatile compounds isolated from longan blossoms by the Likens-Nickerson steam distillation-solvent extraction and head space purage and trap methods were 49.46ppm and 3.04ppm, respectively. |
