| 中文摘要 | 本文利用模擬實驗的方式,探討在彈性製造系統中各種系統參數對各種績效指標的影響程度,並預測在最佳參數組合下之績效指標值;在設計模擬實驗時,本文採用實驗計劃法中的直交表來配置實驗參數。研究結果顯示,將直交表應用於模擬實驗的設計上,可在不犧牲精確度的前提下,大量減少模擬所需的次數,從而可使模擬模式包含更多可變參數,使模擬系統更接近真實系統,而可對彈性製造系統的績效表現作更快速、更精確的評估。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this paper, the simulation experiment was used to study the influence degree of the system operating parameters to the system performance indices in a flexible manufacturing system. The performance value was also derived under the best operating parameter combination. The table of orthogonal array of experimental design was used to plan the simulation experiments. It has been observed that the use of table of orthogonal array in the simulation experiments reduces the computational effort without loss of accuracy. With this benefit, the simulation model can contain more parameters to approach a real system. And the user of the simulation can effectively evaluate the performance of a flexible manufacturing system more quickly and more accurately. |
