中文摘要 | 傳統上劃分號誌群組時大多以人工搜尋的方式進行,不僅缺乏效率,而且 當路網龐大時,會因為路口及路段屬性資料過多,而導致群組屬性管理的費力費時。因此本 研究首先根據相關文獻歸納整理得到 7 個可能影響群組績效的劃分準則, 分別為臨界路段 長度、相鄰路段速率差、車流轉向比率、路型、車道數、道路等級、車流方向等;接著以直 交表 (Orthogonal Array) 設計這 7 個準則不同組合的實驗內容, 共輔以地理資訊系統進 行群組劃分,再利用 TRANSYT-7F 及 CORSIM 求解群組最佳時制及模擬群組績效,最後進行 系統績效的變異數分析,以找出顯著影響系統績效的準則。由於受限於真實都市路網之結構 與交通流量可能無法涵蓋 7 個影響變數之道路屬性, 因此藉由虛擬實驗路網、流量及轉向 資料,並透過實驗設計及系統模擬的方法,測試 7 項劃分準則對系統群組績效的影響; 之 後並以一簡化之臺南都會區路網進行個案研究,來檢測本研究群組劃分方法之適用性,得到 具體的成果如下:1. 臨界路段長度與車流轉向比率為影響群組績效相當顯著的因子。2. 群 組劃分時,若沒有慎選劃分準則,可能導致群組績效不如各路口採用獨立控制的方式。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to integrate experimental design, system simulation, and GIS to develop an algorithm which can help grouping signals for better traffic operations. By definition, signal grouping is to cluster neighboring signals into a coordinated plan to smoothen traffic operations on roads. Many thresholds have been employed to determine if signals can be grouped together. Those thresholds include block length, road capacity, turning movement, number of lanes, traffic flow direction, street corss section layout, etc. The application of those thresholds in signal grouping in the past tended to use the superimposing or the annexing method. Therefore, this study employs the approach of orthogonal array to test the threshold combination for signal groupin. By doing this, a test network is designed which can represent the characteristics of most commonly seen street networks. Different combinations of traffic flow, block length, etc. are then put together on the test network to generate the efficiency of the threshold combinations. To test the efficiency of a certain threshold combination, the CORSIM simulation program is used to produce the MOE (measure of efficiency), and the program of TRANSYT-7F is used to provide the timing plan for the signal network, It is therefore this research a well designed and thorough experiment test. During the testing process, the GIS plays the role to provide the network characteristics which enhances the interface of data provision and the display of output. In addition, the development of the Tainan City's signal GIS will later help to test the validation of the research result. Through coordination with ciyt signal control division, the result of the study is regarded as valid and solid by engineering judgement. |
