| 中文摘要 | 近年來飛灰被廣泛應用在結構混凝土中,在許多情況下的確改善了傳統 混凝土品質,但對飛灰混凝土的中性化及鋼筋腐蝕問題,卻缺乏足夠的現場實例 及本土化資料供參考,致常引起使用者質疑,故特對此問題進行研究。 本研究以水灰比為0.62,不同飛灰取化量(0~50)進行透水性、碳化深度、pH值、 氯離子滲透及鋼筋腐蝕面積量測等實驗。 研究結果顯示,混凝土的碳化深度的確會隨飛灰取代水泥量之增加而增加,但飛 灰同時取代水泥及砂時,碳化深度又比對照相組低,pH值隨取代量之增加而降 低,但降低值有限,由實驗證實飛灰對氯離子滲透有抑制作用。取代水泥量不超 25或採兼取代部份水泥及砂的方式,適當養護下,對減少鋼筋腐蝕有正面效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | Recently, fly ash has widely been applied to structuralconcrete in Taiwan, In substantial field cases the utilization offly ash can defnitely result in improvement on the durability ofconventional concrete. Due to the lack of research and field data associated with the corrosion of reinforced steel in fly ashconcrete, such a stuty was conducted by Power ResearchInstitute in 1994 in order to release the puzzle from users. In this study water-cement retio was fixed at 0.62 and thereplacement rations of fly ash to cemet were varied from 0 to50 by weight. The experimental topics included waterpermeability, carbonation depth, pH value, chloride penetration and corrosion area of steel. The obtanined test results show that the carbonation depthin concrete is increased with higher substitute amount ofcement by fly ash. However, the addition of fly ash byreplacing 20 cement and 20 sand simultaneously can lowercarbonation depth of concrete. The pH of extract of fly ashconctete generally becomes smaller with more fly ash addedbut the variation is not significant. In addition, the addition offly ash can inhibit the penetration of chloride in concrete.Under adequate curing condition, the replacement of fly ash toless than 25 cement or to 20 cement and 20 sand canreduce the corrosion of reinforced steel. |
