中文摘要 | 本文的主要目的在於對混凝土碳化係數K值的探討,進而求出不同的碳化係數對於 鋼筋混凝土結構耐久性的影響評估。首先根據混凝土碳化的原理將其簡化為一無因次方程式 來預測混凝土的碳化前緣( carbonation front ), 藉此將混凝土構件碳化時分成已碳化 區、碳化反應區與未碳化區,接著敘述影響碳化的主要因素,並提出自然碳化狀況與加速碳 化試驗各種預測碳化係數與碳化深度的模式,最後再比較各模式的準確性。研究結果顯示在 考慮鋼筋混凝土結構碳化腐蝕所造成的影響評估時,利用加速碳化試驗的方法預測混凝土自 然碳化的深度及時間實為一快速方便及可行的方式。影響混凝土之碳化係數的主要因素為水 灰比、混凝土強度、混凝土的吸附性及混凝土的吸水率,而影響鋼筋混凝土結構的使用年限 為混凝土的密實性及保護層厚度。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to study the values of concrete carbonation coefficient K and the influenced assessment of the durability of reinforced concrete structures due to the different K values. Firstly, based on the principle of concrete carbonation, a non-dimensional equation can be obtained to predict the carbonation front. When the concrete member was caused carbonation, it can be divided into carbonated, carbonation reaction and uncarbonated regions. Secondly, the major influenced factors of concrete carbonation are described. Both the models of carbonation coefficient and carbonation depth predicted by the natural state and accelerated carbonation tests are provided. Finally, the accuracy of each model are compared. The results in this investigation indicate that the method of accelerated carbonation test which is adopted to predict the depth and time of concrete carbonation in natural state is really a kind of fast, convenient and serviceability when the carbonation of reinforced concrete bridges are to be influentially estimated. The principal influenced factors of concrete carbonation coefficient are water-cement ratio, concrete compressive strength, concrete sorptivity and the water absorption of concrete while the service life of reinforced concrete bridge are influenced by the concrete compactness and cover. |
