中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在評估煙氣除硫系統廢水可行之回收方,探討回收時對 環境、設備之影響,提供水質、水量資訊及回收之管制方法,以減少生水使用量, 增加水資源利用效率。主要結論與建議如下: (1)煙氣除硫系統廢水減量或回收方 式主要有:@(a)減少煙氣除硫系統廢水沖放量,(b)再循環回煙氣除硫系統,(c)噴 灑煤堆等。回收效率與水申氯離子濃度成反比,當氯離子濃度高於IOOOOmg/1 即不再有回收價值。依目前興達電廠煙氣除硫系統廢水水質調查結果,廢水回收 率可達70以上,每天可回收330公噸廢水。(2)爐氣除硫系統廢水處理場之放流水 較適合噴灑煤堆。各種模擬試驗結果如下: (a)放流水不曾影響儲煤場環境,亦不 曾增加儲煤場廢水處理設備之負荷。(b)對鍋爐二次過熱器出口端之304不鏽鋼材 質不會產生高溫腐蝕。(C)放流水中S,C1,F等元素將轉移至煤炭再燃燒反應成 SO�浹CI及HF等氣體,其中HCI增加率較高將降低廢水回收效率,而SO�砟咠F 之影響甚微。(d)放流水中之Na(鈉)元素濃度在1000mg/1以上,噴灑煤堆後再與煤 炭燃燒生成Na�烙而轉移至灰中,將增加爐管結渣及積灰之可能性,因此應依放 流水中Na之濃度以控制噴灑水量。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to compare differentmethods of reclaiming FGD wastewater and to evaluate thefeasibility of spraying FGD wastewater on clal pile. Someimportant conclusions of this study have been drawn asfollows: 1.Three methods could be used to reclaim FGD wastewater. They are: (1) reducing the quantity of FGD blowdown, (2) recycling the FGD wastewater and (3) spraying on coal pile. 2.The chloride conent in wastewater is the most important factor affecting the recovery efficiency. High chloride content would cause low recovery ratio. 3.Too much sodium oxide in coal ash would cause slagging and fouling in boiler. And sodium content in FGD wastewater would produce sodium oxide after burning in boiler. Hence, it is necessary to control the quantity of wastewater for spraying on coal pile. 4.No high temperature corrosion phenomenon was found after testing at high temperature and following with an ESCA examination. 5.The S, Cl and F in wastewater would produce SO��, HCI and HF after burning in the coal. The higher HCI concentration will yield lower recovery ratio. |
