中文摘要 | 本案例是針對火力發電廠燃煤汽力機組於靜電集塵器出口增設以石灰石╱石膏法 (濕式)處理之煙氣除硫設備,以改善煙氣中之硫氧化物。煙囪排氣硫氧化物濃度於七十九 年度實測值為440-700PPM,粒狀物為22-191mg/Nm�纂C本公司為提昇環境品質及配合環保法 規要求,經可行性評估後增設煙氣除硫設備。 本煙氣除硫工程於民國七十九年十月二日開工,至民國八十二年十月十八日完工。由於 遭遇原設計煙囪位置與臺十五線濱海公路衝突,經協商解決後始於八十三年五月才試通氣, 另於民國八十六年二月十七月-二十日完成效率試驗,目前本設備正常運轉中。 本廠多次委請行政院環境保護署核可之環境檢測公司檢測煙氣除硫設備之煙氣品質,其 進口煙氣硫氧化物含量為460-580PPM,出口煙氣硫氧化物為28-38PPM,除硫效率達93.15%。 |
英文摘要 | This paper decribed the start-up operation of the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system installed at the down stream of electrostatic precipitators. In 1990, Concentration of Sulfur oxides in emission ranged from 440 to 700 PPM. Particulate Concentrations were about 22 to 191 mg/Nm��. In light of enhancing environmental quality and complying with the environmental protection regulations, TPC decided to install a FGD system with limestone slurry pumped into it to react with the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas for neutralization. Installation of the FGD system was started on October 2, 1990, and was Completed on October 18, 1993. The start-up operation began in May 1994. Tests on efficiency were conducted from February 17, 1997 to February 20, 1997. The FGD system is currently in normal operation. The Concentration of sulfur oxides was reduced from 460-580PPM to 28-38PPM in emission, or a reduction efficiency of 93.15%. |
