中文摘要 | 以慈姑屬三個種,栽培種、野生慈姑(自生於嘉義縣水上鄉、嘉義農專、苗栗縣 公館鄉、新竹縣竹東鎮四系統)、線慈姑(自生於苗栗縣銅鑼縣),作形態之研究,結果如 下: 1.栽培種慈姑與野生慈姑相似,萌芽至第八葉為不完全葉,呈匙形,第九葉開始為箭形葉 ,葉柄長:線慈姑全為不完全葉,葉柄極短幾無葉柄。 2.栽培種慈姑花最大,其次為野生慈姑,線慈姑最小:花瓣形狀栽培種與野生慈姑為心臟 形,線慈姑為桃形。 3.穗長、穗節數、分枝節數、分枝長均為栽培種最長或最多,野生慈姑次之,線慈姑最短 或最少;分枝數與著果最高節位則栽培種與野生慈姑相似,線慈姑無分枝,著果最高節位為 第2節,較其他二種低2至3節。 4.種子表面構造栽培種外網紋呈規則狀,內網紋光滑。野生慈姑四系統與線慈姑均呈不規 則網狀構造,而內網紋較粗,系統間無差異。 5.栽培種與野生慈姑嘉義地區二系統之莖徑、莖長無大差異,但與野生慈姑公館竹東二系 統差異大,尤其是公館系統;塊莖芽長及重量栽培種最長或最重,野生慈姑次之(但四系統 間有差異,顯因環境差異有不同生態型產生),線慈姑最短或最輕。 6.栽培種根較粗大且長,其次為野生慈姑,線慈姑個小且短。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to compare the following three species: Sagittaria trifolia L.var.sinensis Makino, S. trifolia L.(collected from Shui-shang、 Chia-nung、Kung-kuan and Chu-tung),and S. pygmea Mig(Tung-lo Hsiang native)in form of their morphological differences. The results were summarized as follows: 1.S. trifolia var.sinensis was similar to S. trifolia in the following aspect: When they emerged, the first leaf to the eighth leaf of both were incomplete leaves. Those leaves were spoon-shaped. The shape of the ninth leaf was sagittate with a long petiole. However, all leaves of S. pygmea were incomplete with a very short petiole or sessill. 2.As far as the flower sizes were concerned, the flowers of S. trifolia var. sinensis were the biggest, those of S. trifolia were smaller, and those of S. pygmea were the smallest. The petals of S. trifolia var. sinensis and S. trifolia were heart-shaped; those of S. pygmea were peach-shaped. 3.Among the three species,S. trifolia var. sinensis scape length, scape node number, branch node number and branch length were the longest and largest. Next were those of S. trifolia Those of S. pygmea were the shortest and the smallest. As far as branch number and fruit bearing up node were concerned, those of S. trifolia var. sinensis were similar to those of S. trifolia.S. pygmea did not have branches and its fruit bearing up node was at the second node, 2 to 3 nodes lowers than the other two species. 4.S. trifolia. var. sinensis seeds had regular net veins on the upper surface and their below part appeared to be smooth. Those seeds of the four lines S. trifolia and S. pygmea had irregular net veins on the upper surface but their below part appeared to be rough. The differences among the four lines were not significant. 5.As far as stem diameter and stem length were concerned, those of S.trifolia var.sinensis. and S. trifolia in Chia-Yi's native two lines showed no significant differences. However, significant differences were found in those S. trifolia var. sinensis and S.trifolia grownnatively in kung-kuan and Chu-tung, especially in these of kung-kuan. S trifolia Var. sinensis had the longest tuber bud length and the heaviest tuber weight. Those of S. trifolia were next (The significant differences among those four native lines might be due to plant samples from various topography). S. pygmea had the lightest tuber weight and the shortest tuber bud length. 6.The roots of S. trifolia var. sinensis were comparatively thicker and longer. Those of S. trifolia were less. The roots of S. pygmea were the thinnest and shortest. |
