| 中文摘要 | 像散現象在光學中是像差的一種,對於聚焦的應用雖有不良的影響。 但是像散法卻可以被伺服控制用來作為距離的量度,成為距離的感測器。本文便 是介紹散像法在距離的量度上的方法,並推導出一個透鏡位移所造成像散現象的 透鏡伺服系統之轉移函數,及控制器的使用情形,使得像散法可以清楚的被瞭解 與應用。最後並以模擬的方式,討論像散法中透鏡伺服系統響應的情形及影響的 因素。 |
| 英文摘要 | The astigmatism is one of aberration in optical, it has negative affection on focuing.Nevertheless the method of astigmatism can be used in servo control as the metod ofdistance measurement and becomes a distance sensor. In this paper, the method of astigmatism as to distance measuremnt was introducedfirst. Meanwhile, both the transfer function of the len servo control system and theeffection of controller were presented in order to apply the phonenona. astigmatism of lens so that the method of astigmatism can be reconized and applied clearly. Finally, some simulation of the len sevo control system were discussed to show theway to improve the characteristics of this system. |
