中文摘要 | 凸輪是一種不規則形狀的傳動機械元件,它藉著其曲面的輪廓與滾動 或滑動的從動件直接接觸;以傳遞預期運動。因此凸輪的外型輪廓,影響整個凸 輪機構的傳動,性能,同時其外型輪廓是依據所要求的從動件運動特性而決定。 此從動件運動特性包含位移、速度、加速度及急跳度等。設計凸輪機構首先必須 依所要求其從動件運動特性來選用適當運動曲線,再合成凸輪輪廓曲線。至於一 般高準確性的凸輪輪廓製作,可藉由增量切削(increment cutting)或軌跡控制切削 (tracer control cutting),其準確較佳但十分複雜。本文中發展一套電腦程式對所得 圓盤式凸輪機構之適當運動曲線及所要求其從動件運動特性加以分析,並直接計 算凸輪輪廓曲線之數值,直接控制切削加工中心機,而將凸輪之輪廓外形銑削完 成。 |
英文摘要 | Cam is an irregular shaped machine member which provides its profile to immediately touch a roller follower and imparts motion to follower. Therefore, the cam profilewill affect the transmissive function of whole cam mechanism. Simultaneously, its profilewas decided by the characteristics of movement of a driven follower. The characteristicsof movement for a driven follower include the displacement, velocity, acceleration andjerk. According the characteristics of movement for a driven follower, at first the design of cam mechanism chooses the appropriate curves of motion. Then we take themathematical analysis to obtain the curve of cam profile. Usually, accurate cams areproduced by either increment cutting or tracer control cutting. But it is very accurateand compliccate method. In the present paper, we will develop a computable program toanalysis the appropriate curves of motion for disk cam and the characteristics of movement for a driven follower. We will calculate the data of cam profile to control themaching center directly and gain the finished product of cam profile. |
