中文摘要 | 本研究主要在於正常人與糖尿病人足底壓力之測量與比較。高足壓常出現於患有 糖尿病足,尤其是患有神經病變的病人身上,此現象不僅是糖尿病人足部潰瘍之危險因素, 同時亦可依此來事先確認糖尿病足高危險群。利用 EMED SF system 測量足壓,找出病人足 底壓力值與正常樣本比較之下顯著較高之部位,以確認較可能發生足底潰瘍的範圍。研究結 果顯示:糖尿病足病人在前足部位(趾骨部,蹠骨部)的足壓有較正常人為高之現象,而在 後足部位則無大差異;惟可能影響足壓測量之變數如步行速度,足底接觸地面(或鞋內底) 之面積大小對足壓分佈之影響等未在本文中探討,有待進一步研究。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to measure and to compare the foot pressures in diabetic patients and healthy subjects. High foot pressures are common in diabetic patients, especially in diabctic neuropathic ones, this indicates that high foot pressures are risk factors for foot ulceration and may be helpful in identifying atrisk patients. The EMED-SF system is used to measure foot pressures to find out any site with high foot pressures in the diabetic group compared with the normal group to indicate any site of the foot that is liable to ulcerate. The results show that the foot pressure measurements of the diabetic group are significantly higher in the forefoot (hallux and metatarsals) compared with the normal group, but no difference is found between the two groups in the rearfoot (midfoot and heel); but some factors that may possibly influence the foot pressure measurements are not discussed in this study: walking speed, food-to-floor (or foot-to-insole) contact area can be discussed in the future research. |
