| 中文摘要 | 近幾年來3D幾何模型(3D geometric model)技術的快速進步,促使電腦輔助設 計系統更為蓬勃發展,而業者對於系統間的整合需求亦更為殷切。然而電腦系統整合的主要 關鍵在於設計資料能否一元化,亦即 3D 幾何模型資料在不同系統間轉換的問題。許多專家 學者雖不斷提出各種的電腦輔助設計系統架構,而且軟體業者亦持續更新軟體版本,以強化 電腦輔助設計系統功能;但根據調查,少有單一的電腦系統能完全滿足業者或使用者在產品 研發上全程的需求。因此,如何有效進行資料轉換,達成設計資料一元化,是系統整合的主 要課題。本文根據設計資料一元化之理念,提出新的設計模式,強調〞設計程序規劃〞之概 念,闡述同步工程在產品開發之具體作法。最後以二個實際的設計案例,進行驗證。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, the geometric modeling technology on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system has gotten great progress and yearning for system integration from concerned field. The key to system integration is whether the data of geometric model can be exchanged among different systems, i.e. Data Unification. According to many investigations, there is still no single system which can fully satisfy the requirement of user. In this research, a new design model was proposed, which based on data unification. A clear statement of the concept of "design process planing" was included in the design model to strengthen product development with Concurrent Engineering. Finally, the design model were implemented by two design cases. |
