中文摘要 | 裂縫閉合行為在疲勞裂縫成長研究中佔很重要的地位。本文旨在運用ABAQUS有限 元素軟體,以二維平面應變彈性理想塑性材料來模擬裂縫閉合。在模擬過程中,以改變裂尖 節點邊界條件, 使裂縫面產生接觸和釋放之現象, 並使用介面剛體表面接觸元素( Interface rigid surface contact element, IRS )和硬式接觸傳力方式來接觸問題, 以 求得裂縫張開負荷。 實驗量測則以柔度法進行。結果得知,ABAQUS 計算之裂縫張開負荷與 實驗量測結果非常接近。證實 ABAQUS 軟體可有效運用介面剛體表面接觸元素和硬式接觸傳 力方式來模擬裂縫閉合行為。 |
英文摘要 | The significant influence of crack closure on fatigue crack growth is now widely recognized. In this research, computer program ABAQUS is employed in two dimensional (plane strain) finite element simulation of crack closure behavior in elastic-perfectly plastic material. During simulation process, the boundary conditions for crack tip nodes are changed for intermittent contact of crack surface and the interface rigid surface contact element (IRS) as well as hard pressure clearance relationship are utilized--to resolve problems involving crack surface contact and therefore to determine the opening loads. ABAQUS agrees with compliance method in obtaining opening loads, showing that IRS combined with hard pressure clearance relationship is a powerful tool in simulating crack closure behavior. |
