中文摘要 | 裂縫閉合行為對裂縫成長遲滯之影響非常重要。本文主要探討5083-O及6061-T651 兩鋁合金在單超載下裂縫之閉合行為。裂縫閉合之量測係使用槽口位移計。由實驗結果顯示 ,該兩鋁合金受單超載作用後,U 值均發生明顯下降,超載比愈大,U 值愈小。另外遲滯循 環數 Nd 則隨超載比之增加而增加。最後,建立一乘冪關係式來描述 Nd 與 U 之關係。 |
英文摘要 | Crack closure behaviour is identified as an important source with growth retardation. This work lies in the investigation of post-overload crack closure in Al-alloys 5083-O and 6061-T651. A crack opening displacement gauge was used for crack closure measurement. Significant decrease was observed in value of effective stress intensity range ratio, U, subsequent to introduction of overloads in both test materials. The greater the overload magnitude, the lower the value of U. The number of delay cycles, Nd, was found toward increasing with larger overload. A model was established through power law in relating Nd as a function of U. |
