| 英文摘要 | This paper conducts a major three-part research effort in developinga strategic planning model of computerization. First, the study is to validate the completeness of the needs and expectations from system professionals, managers and users through surveys and interviews; Second, to investigate the importance and consistency of their needs related to computerization options by using statistical analysis; Finally, to perform a case study by applying the developed model and the benchmarking technology for the purpose of the model performance evaluation. |
