中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的有二:(一)瞭解個人的工作價值觀,亦即工作者認為重要或致 力追求的事物、觀念或理想等;(二)試圖探討與工作有關之價值觀的形成歷程。硎者先對 十二位工作者以開放式訪談蒐集資料,再依據訪談狀況對其中三位受訪者進行更深入的訪談 。資料經謄稿、歸納與整合等程序獲得有關工作價值觀及其形程歷程的結果。 研究結果顯示個人工作價值觀可能只是個人外顯價值信念的一種表現形式。根據訪談資料的 整理、分析,發現工作價值觀分別是:成長、倫理、工作上的一體感、變通、實做、公平、 與負責盡職等七類,彼此間相互影響。 形成歷程的探討發現,「家庭價值」是影響個人工作價值觀形成的重要機制。個人努力工作 的目的是為追求「家庭和諧」。工作上「擬家庭化」的內在歷程影響個人的工作表現。而影 響個人工作價值觀形成的因素,除了個人的家庭經驗外,尚包括學校師長與特定生活經驗的 影響。 本研究依據訪談資料分析後的結果,分別討論家庭對工作價值觀形成的意義、未來研究的方 向,以及實務上的應用。 |
英文摘要 | There are two main purposes of this study: (一) To understand individual's work values, ie. what is the worker who considers the most important or devotes in objects, opinions, or ideals and so on; (二 ) Try to inquiry into the formation process of work values. In methodology, bu open interview for collecting data from 12 workers, and in according to the situation of interviewee by deeper interview for 3 workers of all. To recognize the one what dose he consider about works. The conclusion of this research display that the work values may be the outsider performance of personal values, according to the data, there are 7 kinds of work values, including, advance、ethics、 the sense of conbinding in work、flexible、 doing、justice、duty. They may format the net, in which inflect each other. Inquiry of information process, The "Work value" is the most important agent inflect the formation process of work values. By data-analysis, the destination of work hard is for "harmony in home". In job, the inner process of "imitation of home" will inflect the work performances. Except the family experiences of individual, the factors which inflect the formation process of work values, including teacher in school and individual's special experiences. Teacher in school means that the teacher's encouragment or performances will inflect the work values in present, and individual's special experiences means that the interviewee when he is in army meet the person or object. Otherwise the work experiences are the factors which inflect the formation process of work values. In this study, the conclusions were based on analysis the data of interview. To conclude some relevent propositions and to discuss the research in future, and to consider the application in reality. |
