中文摘要 | 2週齡SPF雞或肉雞以Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (Mga)及E. coli單獨或混合感染後,以Quinolone類藥物包括Dp-1764液劑(含5%Ofloxacin),Baytril(Enrofloxacin),Norfloxacin,Flumequine及Tylosin治療3日後,觀察10日後剖檢以比較不同藥物之療效。試驗結果顯示Mga單獨感染並不會致死,但會引起氣囊炎等呼吸器病變,如有E. coli之混合感染即會加重疾病,而有70-100%致死率。如在Mga單獨感染時,Ofloxacin, Enrofloxacin及Norfloxacin10mg╱kg皆有療效。而不論是E. coli之單獨感染或與Mga混合感染時都以Ofloxacin及Enrofloxacin在10mg╱kg劑量時可以顯著的降低死已率及呼吸器病變的發生,其效果以卡方考驗(chi-square test)分析結果顯示較同劑量之Norfloxacin,Flumequine及5-10倍劑量的Tylosin顯示為佳(P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | Two-week-old chickens or commercial broilers were experimentally infected with Mycoplasma gallisepticum (Mga) and /or E. coli. Quinolones were given to the infected chickens on the second day after infection for three days. Ten days after treatments, surviving birds were sacrificed and examined for lesions. Mga infection alone could cause lesions in respiratory tract such as air sacculitis. If Mga infection was complicated with E. coli infection, the case fatality rate could reach 70%-100%. It was found that 10mg╱kg of DP-1764 (ofloxacin), Baytril (enrofloxacin) and norfloxacin gave a satisfactory result when used for treatment of uncomplicated Mga infections. Moreover, the efficacy of DP-1764 and Baytril were significantly higher (P0.05 ) than that of norfloxacin and flumequine at the same dose, and that of tyolsin at 5 to 10 times of does. |
