中文摘要 | 近年來,固體推進劑正朝高能量、高燃速、高比衝、及無煙等方向發展。根據我 們過去在實驗室所得3,3-Bis (azidomethy1)oxetane(BAMO)聚合物在室溫時為液體狀 態而具優異操作性能的特性,進一步發展BAMO/NMMO(Nitratomethy1-3-methyloxetane)共 聚合物膠合劑的研究。 在本研究中,第一部分採兩種不同硝化途徑合成NMMO單體:(1)以P□O□與HNO□製備 N□O□作為硝化試劑與HMMO(Hydroxymethy1-3-methyloxetane)反應合成;(2)利用TMMO (3-Tosylmethy1-3-methyloxetane)在溶劑甲苯 / 水之下與硝酸鈉反應,第二部分則以 BAMO、NMMO為單體、1,4-Butanediol為起始劑、BF□.OEt□為催化劑,進行陽離子開環反 應,合成一系列羥基端BAMO/NMMO共聚合物。 所合成之NMMO、BAMO/NMMO共聚合物以FTIR、NMR、GPC及元素分析標定其結構、分子量及反 應性比r□、r□值,並利用DSC、TGA測其熱性質。 |
英文摘要 | The current development of propellant is high energy, high hurning rate, high impulse and smokeless. From previous report, Poly(BAMO), Poly (3,3-bisazidomethy1 oxetane), binder is a novel liquid propellant at room temperature. In this research, we investigate the new and safe processes to produce NMMO (Nitratomethy1-3-methyloxetane) monomer and BAMO/NMMO copolymer binder as propellant. In this study, NMMO monomer was synthesized by two nitration methods: (i) using P□O□ and HNO□ as nitration reagent to react with HMMO (hydrox-ymethy1-3- methyloxetane); (ii) reacting TMMO(3-tosy1 methy1-3-methyloxetane) with NaNO□ under Toluene/water solvents. A series of hydroxy1 terminated BAMO/NMMO copolymers with various molar ratios (0/100, 20/80, 40/60, 50/50, 60/40, 80/20, and 100/0, respectively) were obtained by cationic ring-opening polymerization of BAMO and NMMO monomers with 1,4-butanedioal as the initiator and BF□.OEt□ as the catalyst. The structures, molecular weight of NMMO and BAMO/NMMO copolymer were indentified by FTIR, NMR, GPC and elemental analysis. The copolymerization reactivity ratio r□, r□ of BAMO/NMMO monomers were studied by NMR. Thermal properties of these copolymers were characterized by DSC and TGA. |
