中文摘要 | 甜玉米子粒果皮的厚度為影響甜玉米食用品質極重要的因素,為瞭解其遺傳行為 ,本研究分別以含有皺縮(sh-2)、糖質(su-1)及脆皮(bt-1)等胚乳突變基因之厚、薄 皮自交系為親本,進行正、反交配。再將F□組合自交,所獲得的F□世代與親本、F□共同 種植於田間,調查所結子粒之果皮厚度。 試驗結果顯示果皮厚度之遺傳不具有花粉直感、細胞質遺傳、顯隱性及雜種優勢等效應,由 數量基因控制其表現。 |
英文摘要 | Pericarp thickness is one of the most important eating qualities in sweet corn. For understanding its inheritance, each of thick and thin pericarp inbreds, including shrunken-2, sugary-1 and brittle-1 mutants were used as parents in pair for producing reciprocal F□ combinations, and F□ generations were obtained by selfing the F□ plants. Pericarp thickness of the parents, F□ combinations and F□ generations were measured which were grown in the field. The results showed that inheritance of pericarp thickness was controlled by quantitative genes and none of the effects due to xenia, cytoplasmic inheritance , dominace of heterosis was found. |
