中文摘要 | 本文主要目的在介紹如何激發兒童的內在學習動機。首先,解釋內在學習動機是個人對自己母視、好奇、興趣、或挑戰的學習活動,在無明顯酬賞的狀態下,自動自發的投入,並從學習中獲得勝任感和控制感的滿足。其次,介紹內在學習動機的有關理論,包括:勝任和控制論、個人因果律理論認知評估論、過度辯證論、及內化的動機等。最後,作者把重點擺在說明教師敢父母要如何激發兒童的內在學習動機:(1)師長以身作則,表現強烈的內在學習動機。(2)說明課業的價值及學習的目的。(3)教材、教法及作業具新奇、有趣及創意。(4)提供富挑戰性的學 習活動。(5)對學習結果減少成積等第的評估,多做實質的回饋。(6)避免使用威脅利誘的方式。(7)給予兒童自由選擇學習活動的機會。 |
英文摘要 | This thesis is mainly intended to probe into the subject how to stimulate children's internal intent to learn. First of all, it interprets the motives as taking the initiative to learn on their own cherishing, curiosity, interests or challenging ac-tivities to learn without- significant rewards. In turn, they could gain satisfaction in competency and control. Next, this thesis wil1 introduce to theories related to internal motives to learn, including Competency and Control Theories, Personal Causation Theory, Cognitive Evaluation Theory, Overjustification Theory and Internalized Motivation, etc. Finally, the author lays the focus on how teachers or parents should stimulate children's internal motives to learn: ①The teachers should set themselves an exemplary example by showing strong internal motives to learn; ②Explain the values and purposes to learn; ③Teaching materials and methods which should be novel, interesting and creative;④Offer challenging activities to learn;⑤As-sess the reduced results of study with more substantial feedbacks; ⑥Prevent using any intimidation or luring means and ⑦Give children more chances of free choice in their activities to learn. |
