中文摘要 | 阻抗分析技術在物質電性測定上,是一種重要且有效之方法,唯目前並未見此法被用於液體誘電性質之測定上。為因應液體膠合劑誘電性質測定之需,本試驗試圖以自行設計的測定用電極槽,搭配阻抗分析儀的阻抗分析技術於此目的上。為得準確的測定結果,必需先行作測定誤差校正及可行性評估。試驗時以水、乙醇和苯三種標準試料及Kirchhoff氏、沢田氏、Smyth氏和上村-中村氏等四種端緣校正方法進行校正。試驗之結果以上村-中村氏法最適合作液體膠合劑誘電性質之測定:在1~5 MHz之頻率範圍內,誤差是± 0.64%,在4 MHz時,是± 0.40%,效果良好,顯示在此頻率範圍內,此自行設計之電極槽配合阻抗分析儀,可用於液體膠合劑誘電性質之測定。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a lab-made electrodes and cell assembly was designed for testing the dielectric properties of liquid adhesives. It was set up with two pieces of round electrodes and 5 pieces of acrylate plates. The electrodes made of red brass were electroplated with gold; and, each of the electrades was embedded into a hole located at the center of an acrylate plate to form a flat surface on each inside wall of the measuring cell. And, they are parallel and coaxial to each other. The size of electrodes are 38 mm in diameter and 9.5 mm in thickness. Meanwhile, they are designed to have a 3 mm space apart. As the samples were tested, the electrodes and cell assembly was shielded in a wooden case which was warpped in a grounded copper net of 150 mesh for being free from interference of noise and harmonic in the air. For getting correct results, the correction methods of the test cell must be found out firstly. So the main purposes of this study are to calibrate the lab-made electrodes and cell assembly and to evaluate the feasibility of applying the impedance analyser (Schlumberger Instrument Co.; SI 1260) and the corrected test cell to measure the dielectric properties of liquid adhesives used for high frequency heating purpose. After 3 types of standard samples (water, ethanol, and benzene) and 4 types of calibrating methods (Kirchhoff's, Sawada's, Smyth's and Uemura-Nakamuras', methods) were studied, the result indicates the Uemura-Nakamuras' method can meet the main purpose, and the errors of dielectric constant, between 1~5 MHz, are ± 0.64%. Especially, at the frequency of 4 MHz, the error is± 0.40%. It shows that this lab-made electrodes and cell assembly can meet the requirements for measuring the dielectric properties of liquid adhesives between the frequency range mentioned above. |
