中文摘要 | 本文主要探討在逆向工程中有關3D曲面格式轉換及清角加工兩項主題。曲面建構係採用B-Spline 曲面原理將三次元量床或光電掃描量測系統量得之點數據連結成平滑之曲面,並以IGES公用標準格式輸出,使能與其他 CAD/CAM 軟體做圖形轉換。清角加工係採用較小之球銑刀或端銑刀針對曲面細微之處做精細的加工,使成品趨於完美。文中並舉若干實例,從曲面建構、IGES格式建立、外形銑削至清角加工做實務上之驗證。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims at the continuation of the developed 3D curvedsurface form transform and cutup collapse points for reverse engineering. This master is then digitized its 3D contour by a coordinate measuring machine or a image processing system. The measured data points can be transferred to IGES a standard data format base B-Spline surface. This CAD/CAM software is expected to be self-developed. In addition, the corresponding NC commands for cutup collapse points. This system will help to achieve a low-cost automatic production process for reverse engineering. |
