中文摘要 | 本文之目的在應用各類型熱分析儀器研究水化水泥熟料之熱行為。試驗 結果發現水泥熟料礦物之放熱峰面積大小及反應速率之大小順序依次為C�蚊>C �毬F>C�訕>β-C�訕。熟料之細度大者或水灰比高者其放熱峰溫度下降,活性能 降低,即水化時間縮短。而高鋁水泥之熱含量及水化反應速率與其中所含之Al �烙�窄q成正比,試料之細度大者之熱失重較低。熱重量動力分析結果顯示卜特 蘭水泥之反應活性能較高鋁水泥為高,高鋁水泥中含Al�烙�偉q愈多者,其反應 活性能較低,而熟料之反應活性能大小順序為C�蚊<C�毬F<C�訕<β-C�特,因 水化反應速率與反應活性能成反比,此測試結果與一般水化反應現象一致。各種 試料各有其晶相及內能特性,故受熱後,材質發生能量移轉晶相轉變而造成其熱 量、質量、熔點及體積之變化,由熱分析儀器可偵測混凝土中水泥漿含有害物之 出現,因此為混凝土品管評估之一有力工具,可據以確保混凝土長期之使用性能。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the thermal analysis instruments were employed in the investigation of the heating behavior of hydrated Portland cement clinker. Test results indicate that the higher rank of exothermic enthalpy and hydration reaction are in the order of tricalciumaluminate (C�蚊), tetracalcium aluminoferrite (C�毬F), tricalcium silicate (C�訕) and betaform-dicalcium silicate (β-C�特). The higher fineness and higher water-cement ratio of clinker is, the exothermic peak shifted to low temperature and its activation energyincreases, ie. the hydration reaction time shortens. The exothermic enthalpy and hydrationreaction of high alumina cement are directly proportioned to its potential AIzOs content. The more grinding fineness of samples are, the less heating weight loss developed. The kinetic analysis of TGA indicates the activation energy of portl and cement is higher thanthat of high alumina cement; the more Ah0s content of higher alumina cement, then the less activation energy developed, and the rank of clinker is C�蚊<C�毬F<C�訕<β-C�特. The hydration rate has inverse relationship with its activation energy, therefore, test results are in accord with the normal hydration reaction. The heating of various materials will resultphase change and their melting point, enthalpy, mass loss and dimensional change etc. By this-technique, it can monitor any detrimental agents in the cement. The thermal analysis is shown to be a useful technique in the study of cement chemistry. It is fast, reliable and candetect any minor physio-chemical changes during its hydration process. It can exhibitvaluable characteristic data of heating behavior. It is one of the best tool for evaluating the quality of cement paste in the concrete, to ensure the long time performance of concrete. |
