中文摘要 | 本文在探討蒸氣催化乾水泥料之觀念及展示將水泥及其單研物置於高壓水蒸氣所 產生之水化熱試驗數據。測試之試樣包括水泥及其單礦物如矽酸二鈣(C3S),矽酸二鈣(C2S), 鋁酸三鈣(C□A)及鋁鐵酸四鈣(C□AF)等。水泥/單礦物之水化熱量很高,且其放熱速率亦相 當快速,例如10公克壓製成型之C□A試體,其水化熱高達209 Cal/g。所有試體,除C□A 外,在蒸氣催化下均會硬固。但C□A與水蒸氣之反應相當迅速,放熱量亦高,例如在180 ℃水蒸氣下,其與渥太華標準砂之溫度差高達91℃(水化熱318.9 cal/g)。本文並討論試樣之 細度及擠壓程度對水化放熱及水化程度之影響性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper discusses the basic concept of steam hydration of dry cement materials and presents test data on heat of hydration by exposing cement compounds to pressurized steam. The test samples include cement and its individual compounds: tricalcium silicate (C□S), dicalcium silicate (C□ S), tricalcium aluminate (C□A), and tetracalcium aluminoferrite (C□AF). The heat of hydration of dry cement/compounds exposed to steam is high, and rate of heat evolution is also rapid. For a compacted 10 grams C□S sample, the heat of hydration was determined as 209 cal/g. All samples except C3A hardened during steaming. Nonetheless, the C3A samples reacted very rapidly with steam and registered a 91℃ temperature rise (or 318.9 cal/g) during the temperatare of 180℃. This paper also discusses effects of sample's fineness and degree of compaction on heat evolution and hydration rate. |
