中文摘要 | 本篇論文是利用黃提源和胡金源兩位教授在Hwang and Hu (1994) 中所提出的非線性轉換,來求出 “正規化全距” (normalized range) 檢定統計量在常態分配及指數分配兩種情況下的正確機率密度函數。本論文僅求出:在常態分配下,當樣本數為3及4時,正規化全距之機率密度函數。及在指數分配下,當樣本數為3時,正規化全距之機率密度函數。同時,將兩者之臨界值也一併求出。 |
英文摘要 | This paper uses a non-linear transformation proposed by Hwang and Hu (1994) to obtain the distributions of normalized range in a small sample that are respectively drawn from normal and exponential populations. Its probability density functions are derived when sample sizes are three and four for the normal population and three for the exponential population. In addition, various critical points also are computed. |
