中文摘要 | 盤固草(Digitaria decumbens)為本省主要栽培之牧草,除利用於放牧、青割餵飼外,大部份均以製作乾草為主。由於本省氣候之影響,往往無法適時收割製作乾草,致使牧草老化品質不佳,故需調製青貯料或半乾青貯料利用,以供應草食家畜良好品質之芻料。本試驗之目的在於探討利用圓形打包機及膠膜捆包機製作盤固草半乾青貯料時,青貯圓包貯存時間長短、不同膠膜顏色捆包以及不同堆積存放方式對青貯料品質之影響。試驗結果如下: 1. 高水分盤固草包以膠膜捆包調製半乾青貯料,貯存時間經過一個月後即已醱酵完成,品質中等:貯存3~4個月,品質益佳。貯存4個月之CP仍維持在7.2~9.6%,ADF為40.7~44.0%,NDF則為72.2~75.9%。一般貯存時間以3~5個月為宣,若能維持膠膜不破損,貯存一年仍可保持半乾青貯料品質,提供牛隻穩定的芻料來源。 2. 盤固草割後經田間萎凋水分含量降至60%左右時,所調製之半乾青貯料品質較佳。 3. 在本省氣候環境下,青貯草包放置於室外以黑色膠膜捆包者較不易破損,然草包醱酵溫度較白色膠膜捆包者高1.0~1.5℃,青貯料之ADF及NDF含量亦較高,乳酸含量較低。 4. 青貯草包橫放時較直立存放者易變形,疊放三層者因盤層受壓變形,致使上層者易滑落,排列非常不整齊,尤以橫放者為甚;室內存放可維持較長時間膠膜不破損,存放室外如再以塑膠布覆蓋亦可延長貯存時間。 |
英文摘要 | Pangolagraa (Digitaria decumbens) is one of the main forage grasses in Taiwan. It is used as grazing, soiling, ensiling and hay making. Usually, it is harvested for hay making 2~3 time as year, but the forage quality is often not satisfactory under the subtropical weather conditions of Taiwan. In order to promote the utilization of pangolagrass, it is necessary to make haylage or silage for dairy cattle. Round balers and bale wrappers for haylage making have been introduced to Taiwan for this purpose. A series of trials was conducted to explore the effects of moisture content and storage method on the haylage quality of pangolagrass. The results are summarized as follows: 1. It took one month for the fermentation of haylage to be completed. The quality of haylage was enhanced when the bale was stored for 3~4 monthes. 2. If the grass was wilted before ensiling the haylage quality could be improved by reducing the moisture content of pangolagrass to about 60%. 3. If the haylage-bale was wrapped in black plastic membrane, it stored longer and the fermentation temperature was 1.0~1.5℃ higher than that wrapped in white plastic membrane. Additionally, higher acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content and lower lactic acid content were found in the haylage-bale wrapped in black plastic membrane than that wrapped in white plastic membrane. 4. Although the haylage bales stored indoor could be well-protected, this caused more rodent damage than those stored outside. When the bales were piled up 3 storeis high, the shape of the bales was more easily unstable consequently causing collapse for the bales lying horizontally than those that stood vertically. |
