中文摘要 | 利用回收廢紙再生漿為原料,以熟石膏為結合劑,纖維:石膏=10~25%:90~75%,按比例量取混合,並以水為媒介,採用濕式法成型,製作再生漿纖維石膏板。不同混合比影響成板密度,密度變化將影響成板之強度,其中以再生漿添加率20%~25%者於室內養護14天之纖維石膏板強度最佳,符合CNS4458(石膏板性能之標準)。又在紙漿添加率25%之舊報紙再生漿、舊瓦楞紙再生漿以及混合辦公室廢紙再生漿,三種不同類型再生漿中,以舊報紙再生漿之成板性質最佳,且均通過CNS6532耐燃3級測試。再生漿添加率10%、15%與20%之成板均通過耐燃2級之測試。若以經濟及環保觀點而言,善加利用回收之舊報紙再生漿與石膏混合製成耐燃、輕質化之複合板,以期望廣受建築工業之應用。 |
英文摘要 | Gypsum boards containing in weight 10-25% recycled fiber and 90-75% gypsum were manufactured by the wet forming method. Board density decreased with increasing fiber content, while board strength properties increased with increasing fiber content. Boards with best strength properties that met the CNS 4458 standard were produced with 20-25% (board on weight) recycled fiber after curing for 14 days. Boards containing fiber in weight 25% recycled newspaper, recycled corrugating paper, and recycled mixed office paper also met the CNS 6532 grade 3 combustion test. Boards containing 25 % recycled newspaper fiber had better strength properties than boards containing 25% recycled corrugating paper fiber and recycled mixed office paper fiber. Boards containing 10%, 15%, and 20% by weight recycled fiber also met the grade 2 combustion test. From the economical and environmental viewpoints, it is highly desirable to use recycled newspaper fiber for the production of light-weight, high-strength, and fire resistant gypsum board as a building material. |
